Ensure there are no active moisture issues or leaks.

Remove pets and people from the building for 4-6 hours during the time of service.

Leave all cupboards, closets,and drawers slightly ajar.

If you have an alarm system, please disable it as the dry fog can set off the alarm system.

If you have items stored in containers with lids, open the lids to expose items to treatment.

Some healthcare providers recommend patients remove bedding to maximize exposure to mattresses.

We recommend changing your furnace filter at the time of treatment. Please have a new filter available for your Rescom technician at the time of your mold removal appointment.

Have entry ways clear to bring in equipment.
