We have a rental house and the tenant called because her sons had developed asthma and she and her husband hadn’t been feeling good for a while and wondered if we had a mold issue because of the single pane windows. Jason came over, tested the air and found that we had a mold problem. Upon further investigation we found that the chimney’s mortar was loose and water had gotten into the attic which in turn allowed mold to develop. I had several mold remediation companies give me their recommendations but they all used wet sprays of harsh chemicals. We are so happy that we hired Jason. He was professional, timely, reliable, and extremely thorough. That was three months ago and our tenants just told me that they have decreased their sons asthma medication since the treatment. I find that to be the best testimony of all!
